The Cool Northern Guy. Reinhard Härtel lives at the beautiful German coast of the North Sea nearby Cuxhaven and runs a Renault business in a small town. He is a real Berlinette expert and participates in historic racing with his 1600 S which is equipped with a tuned engine. He was very successful in the Youngtimer League and the picture was taken at such an event in 1994. Please mention the blue painting with two white stripes, typical for Renault Racing in the good old times. In 2000 he turned his eyes on Hill Climbing Cup Group H and despite of destroying his Alpine totally he finished 2nd in Division 2000 at the end of the season.
